Canadian winters aren't theoretical. We cover the systems that keep your house warm in February and cool in July, no matter the brand or age when you signed up.

Plumbing
Water heater, pipes, fixtures.
Pipes that fail tend to fail at three in the morning. We send a licensed plumber in hours, not days.

We send master electricians for anything inside the panel and the walls behind it.

We swapped 184 main panels in 2024, most as preventive upgrades after thermal imaging flagged risk during an unrelated visit. No charge.

Fridge, range, dishwasher, laundry.
The major appliances in your kitchen and laundry, whatever the brand. If we can't repair it, we replace it with a comparable model.

A Subzero refrigerator failed in a Montreal kitchen last March. Repaired and running in 31 hours. The homeowner paid nothing.
Roof
Leaks and exterior penetration.
We fix whatever is leaking. For full roof replacement, we coordinate with your insurance carrier and supervise the work.

- Full re-roofing for age or wear
- Gutter cleaning and replacement
